Hi, I’m Tina!
I’m passionate about helping people move comfortably and live pain-free. With a background in remedial and sports massage, I developed a strong appreciation for how the foot serves as the foundation of the body, which lead me to pursue a degree in podiatry.
My experience in both NHS and private practice has given me the skills to assess, treat, and manage a wide range of foot and lower limb conditions. I take a holistic approach to patient care, looking beyond just the foot to understand how other factors may contribute to pain and dysfunction.
I love chatting with my patients, finding solutions that work for their lifestyle, and making a real difference in their daily lives.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with ongoing discomfort, or simply looking to maintain good foot health, I’m here to support you every step of the way!

Frequently asked questions
What is a podiatrist?
A podiatrist is a healthcare professional who specialises in diagnosing and treating conditions that affect the lower limb. To practise in the UK, they must hold a degree-level qualification and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), ensuring they meet regulatory standards.
How do you sterilise your instruments?
I use specialised tools for procedures like nail cutting, treating ingrown toenails, and removing calluses. To ensure the highest hygiene standards, I adhere to rigorous decontamination and sterilisation processes. Instruments are thoroughly scrubbed, inspected, processed in an ultrasonic cleaner, rinsed, vacuum-packed, and then sterilised in an autoclave at 134°C. These measures are essential to prevent infections and protect patient health.
Do you prescribe insoles?
Basic prefabricated insoles are provided for less complex cases. For more intricate needs, referrals can be arranged for advanced biomechanical assessments and custom-made orthoses.
Do you offer nail surgery?
Nail surgery is not currently provided at Bedford Consulting Rooms.
Can I claim my treatment on my health insurance?
The majority of insurance companies acknowledge HCPC-registered podiatrists; however, it is essential to verify this with your specific insurance provider. Please be aware that payment for your treatment is required at the time of your appointment, and a receipt will be provided to facilitate reimbursement claims.
How can I book?
Feel free to call or email, providing your name and contact number. I will make every effort to respond promptly. Kindly note that messages left during weekends or on bank holidays will be addressed on the next working day.
